Cell Oracle — a biology quiz game
Study Guide — educational reference materials about cell biology and organelles
Printable Deck — downloadable PDF card decks for classroom use
Premium Content — optional paid upgrades (watermark-free printable cards, lesson plans, stickers)

The core platform is free to use. No account creation or login is required.

3. User Eligibility

The Platform is designed for users of all ages, including students and educators. However:

Users under 13 years of age should use the Platform under parental or teacher supervision
Users under 13 should not submit personal information (name, email) without parental consent
The games can be played without providing any personal data
Users making purchases must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content in reviews, leaderboard entries, or contact forms
Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
Impersonate another person or entity
Submit fake reviews or manipulate the leaderboard
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our premium content without authorization

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to restrict access to users who engage in prohibited conduct.

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to the Platform, including:

Game reviews and star ratings
Leaderboard entries (name and score)
Contact form messages

By submitting content, you:

Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform
Confirm that your content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights
Understand that reviews and leaderboard entries are publicly visible
Retain ownership of your content and may request removal at any time

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Payments & Premium Content

Pricing

The Platform offers optional premium content for a one-time payment of $5.00 USD (or equivalent). This includes:

Educator Lesson Plan
Cell Oracle Q&A Bank
Beginner & Advanced card versions

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal
We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card or bank account information
Prices are listed in USD; currency conversion is handled by PayPal
Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment

Donations

We accept voluntary donations via PayPal and Ko-fi. Donations are non-refundable and do not grant additional features beyond what is offered in the premium package.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date
How to request: Email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID
Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via PayPal
No questions asked: We offer hassle-free refunds — no explanation required
After 14 days: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal account). Upon refund, access to premium content will be revoked.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to game design, card layouts, educational text, SVG illustrations, code, and website design — is the intellectual property of bio-logicalgames.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

What You May Do

Use the free printable cards for personal and classroom educational use
Share the website URL with others
Screenshot or reference the Platform for educational articles or reviews (with attribution)

What You May NOT Do

Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our printable cards or premium content
Remove watermarks from free-version cards
Copy or replicate the game design for commercial purposes
Scrape or bulk-download content from the Platform

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

In the interest of transparency, we disclose that certain content on this Platform was created with the assistance of artificial intelligence:

3D cell biology images — generated using Google Gemini AI and reviewed for scientific accuracy
Some educational descriptions — drafted with AI assistance and verified by the developer
Website code — partially developed with AI coding assistance

Scientific accuracy: While AI-generated content has been reviewed, we encourage users to cross-reference biological information with textbooks and peer-reviewed sources for academic purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
The educational content is free from errors or omissions
The Platform will meet your specific requirements
Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

The educational content on this Platform is intended for learning purposes and should not be used as the sole source for academic assessments or scientific research.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Philippine law, EU law, and US law):

12. Indemnification

13. Termination

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be submitted to mediation first under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Quezon City, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction
You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue

For EU Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU.

For US Consumers

If you are a consumer in the United States, you retain any rights granted to you under applicable federal and state consumer protection statutes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes:

For material changes, we will display a notice on our homepage
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
