bio-logicalgames.com was founded by a student in tropical medicine and medical entomology with a passion for crafting science-themed designs. Having experience in teaching, she observed that students love card games and enjoy learning science when it is gamified. Together with her advisers and research collaborators in vector ecology (mosquito breeding dynamics), and complemented by a lifelong passion for board games, this idea has been forged into a creative reality.

This project demonstrates how modern AI tools can be harnessed to bridge the educational divide, support public health initiatives, and empower communities:

1. Empowering Citizen Science (AI in Public Health) Our companion app LSMscanners.org (in development) uses mobile computer vision models directly on smartphones. By enabling students to identify and report Aedes larvae in real-time, we transition science classrooms into an early-warning network for Dengue prevention.
2. Open Access Resources (AI in Content Design) High-quality visual learning assets are normally restricted by high production costs. Using generative design tools, we created beautiful custom illustrations at near-zero cost, allowing us to keep our printable card decks and worksheets completely free for underfunded rural schools.
3. Amplifying Educator Reach (AI in Development) Generative coding models acted as complete collaborative multipliers, allowing a single educator to build and deploy a complex interactive platform (complete with WebSocket multiplayer lobbies, offline sitemap routing, and learning logs) that would typically require an entire engineering team.
