🔒 Community License

Resource License

Effective starting: July 6, 2026

Our goal is to make high-quality biology study materials open and accessible. All educational resource files shared by the community are free to use. Here is what is allowed and what is not:

What is allowed? 👌

All resources are 100% free to download and use in classrooms, study groups, science clubs, home schooling, or self-study revisions.
Attribution is appreciated but not required. Giving citation credit to the original educator/undergrad or linking to bio-logicalgames.com is a great way to support them, but you don't have to.
You can edit and adapt these materials. Feel free to customize slides, crop labels from photos, modify objectives in lesson plans, or add custom questions to quiz notes to fit your specific teaching syllabus.

What is not allowed? 👎

Don't sell unaltered copies of shared resources. Do not print and resell sheets, slide notes, or card decks as standalone retail products without making substantial educational improvements or modifications first.
Don't redistribute these resources on other platforms. Do not upload or resell files downloaded from here onto TeachersPayTeachers, TES, Etsy, or other resource sharing and wallpaper platforms.
Don't imply creator or brand endorsement. Do not claim that the original author or bio-logicalgames.com endorses your specific commercial products, tuition centers, or services.
Don't claim ownership of other people's work. Do not publish these resources under your own name or copyright without giving credits to the original uploader.
Don't upload copyrighted materials. If you upload resources to the portal, you must ensure you have the rights to license them. Do not upload files containing textbooks graphics or copyright-protected imagery belonging to third parties.
⚖️ Legal Framework
Subject to the terms above, all community-submitted works are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This allows other educators and students to copy, share, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution credit is given to the original creator. For commercial usage permissions, please contact the respective resource creator directly through their linked tipping profile pages.
